The current preferred method among users is to use a single bead lamp with one heat dissipation column. This method quickly dissipates the heat generated by each LED when it emits light through the heat dissipation column, ensuring timely heat dissipation. The integral heat sink transfers the heat generated by all the lamp beads to the aluminum substrate, and then dissipates it through the heat sink, with a slightly slower heat dissipation speed.
The size of the radiator and the quality of the aluminum material affect the speed of heat dissipation and also affect the price of the entire lamp.
2. Check the power supply of the lighting fixture (commonly known as the transformer):
The quality of the transformer also determines the lifespan of the entire lamp. The lamp beads can be used for more than 50000 hours without any problem, but if the transformer breaks down, the entire lamp will not light up. The electronic components and design scheme used in transformers determine their efficiency, power factor, stability, temperature rise, and service life. If users do not have knowledge of electronic components, they can make preliminary judgments from the size and weight of transformers, as well as the electrolytic capacitors used by consulting manufacturers. The price difference of LED sky lanterns is largely attributed to the quality of transformers.
3. Understanding the brand and packaging of LED chips: The quality of LED chips determines the lighting effect of LED ceiling lights, and the packaging process affects key factors such as chip quality and heat dissipation. Lamp bead chips include American chips, Taiwanese chips, domestic chips, etc. Different brands have significant price differences and lighting effects.
Users can learn about the LED solution by consulting the manufacturer, depending on the manufacturer's level of integrity. The ceiling lights with particularly low prices are often made from defective products produced by chip production lines, with inconsistent color temperature, poor brightness, and short lifespan, which users need to pay attention to.
